By using Splits (splits.fun) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What Splits is
Splits is an interface for launching coins through supported launchpads across chains. The flow supports Pump.fun on Solana, Pons on Robinhood Chain, Four.meme on BNB Chain, and Clanker on Base and Ethereum. Your chosen developer-buy amount in ETH, SOL, or BNB is split equally by value between selected chains, with fees and reserves inside each share. Existing destination balances can cover their allocated value; otherwise, Relay converts and delivers funds across chains when needed. Each destination creates an independent token and market. You authorize transactions with your wallet. Account, email, and direct wallet fee claims remain accessible through your profile.
Risk
- Coins launched here are speculative. They can lose all value. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and Splits does not vet, endorse or promote any coin.
- Smart contracts and external services can fail. Launchpads, wallets, and funding providers have their own rules and dependencies. A successful launch on one chain does not guarantee success on another.
- A payout wallet, once bound, can only be changed by that wallet. A lost key cannot be recovered by Splits or anyone else.
- Network fees, prices and USD estimates shown on the site are informational and may be wrong or stale.
Fees
Launchpads, networks, and funding providers charge their own fees. Review the estimates and quotes before signing. Account and email fee claims through the Splits registry carry a fixed 1% fee; direct wallet claims do not carry that Splits claim fee.
Your responsibilities
- You must be legally allowed to use crypto assets where you live, and you are responsible for your own taxes and compliance.
- Do not launch coins that impersonate someone, infringe rights, or are unlawful. We may delist coins from the site; delisting does not affect the contracts.
- Keep wallet backups and review transaction details. You are responsible for the coin details, recipients, and destinations you choose.
Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in is provided by Privy. You are responsible for keeping your social, email and wallet credentials secure. See the privacy policy for what we store.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Splits and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including lost funds, failed transactions, or third-party failures.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
